The Her Nutrition approach

Life stages

Where are you right now?

Nutrition needs change as life does. Pick your stage and everything narrows to what matters there.

  • A schoolchild smiling as she packs idli and cut fruit into a steel lunchbox at the kitchen table

    Childhood

Building healthy habits — fussy eating, lunchbox ideas, growth nutrition.

  • A young person laughing over a bowl of sprouts and fresh fruit by a sunny window

    Adolescence

Growth & confidence — teen PCOS, iron & periods, body-neutral habits.

  • A man opening a steel tiffin of rice and curry at his work desk

    Adulthood

Energy & balance — desk-job energy, gut health, weight management.

  • A mother at home feeding her baby from a small bowl of porridge

    Motherhood

Nourishment & care — fertility, pregnancy, postpartum.

  • An older woman in a sage sari holding a cup of tea beside a plate of snacks and fruit

    Maturity

Wellness & vitality — menopause, bone health, blood sugar.

Our approach

We teach the why, not just the what.

Most plans fail because they were written for someone else’s kitchen, schedule and tastes. Ours start from yours.

What this isn’t

  • Crash diets and six-week challenges
  • Meal-plan PDFs abandoned by week two
  • Food rules that turn every meal into a test

What this is

  • The why behind every change
  • Small, repeatable steps that fit your day
  • A plan built on your kitchen and routine

The aim is simple: advice you can actually follow.

Meet your nutritionist

The person behind every plan.

Mrs. Mudavath Shirisha founded Her Nutrition to make good advice fit real Hyderabad kitchens — the pappu-annam lunches, the rushed school tiffins, the festival weeks. Every plan starts from what your family already eats, and explains the why behind each change.

  • Food Science and Technology, GITAM University (2025)
  • Currently pursuing Nutrition and Dietetics at MNR University
  • Reads and reviews every booking personally

Nutrition guidance complements — never replaces — medical care from a registered medical practitioner. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or change any treatment your doctor has prescribed.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

If yours isn’t here, ask — we answer every question.

All questions

Who do you work with?

Everyone. Our depth in women’s health — PCOS, pregnancy, menopause — stays, and alongside it we work with men’s hormone health, children’s nutrition and whole families. If you eat, you’re welcome here.

Do I have to give up my regular food?

No. Dal, roti, idli, curd and rice are the foundation, not the problem. We work with what your kitchen already cooks and make small adjustments that add up.

How do consultations work?

Pick a time on the booking page and answer a few short questions. The practitioner reviews every booking before confirming it. The first conversation is a relaxed assessment call, and your plan and follow-ups build from there.

What does a consultation cost?

Programmes and fees are discussed after your first assessment, so what you sign up for fits what you actually need. Ask us about cost when you book.
