05 — Maturity

Maturity nutrition: Wellness & vitality.

This stage rewards consistency more than intensity. Meals that support bones, heart, blood sugar and strength keep everyday life feeling like your own.

What changes in this stage

Your body asks different things of food.

  • Muscle asks for attention

Protein at each meal — dal, paneer, eggs, curd — helps hold on to strength that daily life depends on.

  • Bones need steady support

Calcium-rich everyday foods like ragi, curd and til, alongside sunlight and movement, support bone health.

  • Blood sugar responds to rhythm

Meal timing and plate composition steady blood sugar more than any single special food.

Questions

For this stage.

Who do you work with?

Everyone. Our depth in women’s health — PCOS, pregnancy, menopause — stays, and alongside it we work with men’s hormone health, children’s nutrition and whole families. If you eat, you’re welcome here.

Do I have to give up my regular food?

No. Dal, roti, idli, curd and rice are the foundation, not the problem. We work with what your kitchen already cooks and make small adjustments that add up.

Are you a dietitian?

No. Mrs. Mudavath Shirisha is not registered as a dietitian. Her study so far: Food Science and Technology, GITAM University (2025). Currently pursuing Nutrition and Dietetics at MNR University. We’re clear about scope: nutrition guidance alongside your doctor, never instead of them.
