1. What this service is — and isn’t
Her Nutrition provides nutrition and lifestyle guidance. It is not medical care, diagnosis or prescription.
2. Scope of practice
We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or change medication, or interpret test results as a doctor would. The practitioner’s qualifications and their limits are stated plainly on our About page.
3. Nutrition supports management
On every condition page, nutrition guidance works alongside the care of your treating doctor — never instead of it.
4. Keep your doctor
Do not stop, start or change medication based on anything on this site, and tell your doctor about changes to what you eat.
5. When to seek medical help instead
Severe or sudden symptoms belong with a doctor or hospital. Contact one straight away.
6. Disordered eating
If food or eating feels distressing, support is available: the helplines at the foot of every page are free and open around the clock. Our booking form asks a gentle screening question because some plans need a conversation first.
7. Individual results vary
Every body, routine and medical history is different, so we never promise outcomes or timelines.
8. General information, not personal advice
Articles, recipes and tools are general information, not advice about you.
